TYPES OF FILMS
Teaser
Our wedding film teaser trailers create an air of suspense and anticipation for the main wedding film. The edits are short (usually around the 60 second mark), in order to create intrigue without revealing too much from the next films. More often than not, the teaser film is delivered within just a few days of the event taking place whilst the hype is fresh. Just like all of our films, the teaser is uniquely designed, based on the couples personalities.
HIGHLIGHT
Our Wedding highlight films average anywhere from 4-8 minutes in run-time. As with all of our films, the highlight film ‘theme’ is designed around each individual couple and can range from candid and natural to cinematic and posed—depending on what fits you best as a couple. Typically delivered within 16 weeks, the highlight film is designed to capture the most meaningful and emotional parts of your day in a way that’s timeless and shareable.
SUPER 8
For couples who love a nostalgic, artistic touch, we offer films created with authentic Super 8mm film. Each package includes 2 rolls of 50ft Super 8 film (about 3 minutes each, options to add more). These can be delivered as a standalone film or blended into your highlight, anniversary, or other films for a vintage, dreamlike look.
ANNIVERSARY
The Anniversary Film is a highlight-style edit delivered just before your first anniversary, giving you a beautiful way to relive the emotions of your wedding day a year later. These films usually run 8–10 minutes, though length depends on your unique wedding timeline. It’s the perfect way to celebrate your first year of marriage and all the memories you’ve built since.

On your wedding day, my goal is to tell your story in a cinematic, emotional way — capturing the real moments, movement, sounds, and energy that photos alone can’t hold. I focus on the feelings, the in-between moments, the laughter, the quiet pauses, and the chaos that makes your day yours. My style leans documentary with a cinematic edge, perfect for laid-back, non-traditional weddings where you want to relive how it all felt.
WHAT IS YOUR VIDEOGRAPHY STYLE?
My films are cinematic, story-driven, and emotion-focused. I don’t stage moments or turn your day into a production set — instead, I let things unfold naturally while documenting them in an intentional, artistic way. Think real audio, natural movement, music that fits your vibe, and a film that feels timeless, not trendy.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND DO YOU TRAVEL?
I’m based in West Michigan, USA — and yes, I love to travel! If your wedding is outside my local area, a travel fee may apply depending on the location. I always try to find the most affordable and realistic way to get there, and I’ll be transparent about all travel details up front.
WHEN WILL WE GET OUR WEDDING FILM?
Delivery timelines depend on the type of film and the season your wedding takes place. My typical turnaround times are:
• Teaser Film: within 4 weeks of your wedding
• Highlight Film: within 8 weeks
• Full Wedding Movie: within 16 weeks
• Anniversary Film: delivered on your 1-year anniversary
Peak wedding season can impact turnaround times, but I always keep you updated along the way. All films are guaranteed to be delivered within a maximum of 25 weeks. I take a very hands-on, intentional approach to editing so your wedding film tells your story in a meaningful, cinematic way.
DO YOU RECORD AUDIO?
Yes — audio is a huge part of storytelling. I professionally capture vows, speeches, and important moments using external audio recorders and microphones whenever possible. These real voices and sounds are what bring your film to life.
CAN WE CHOOSE THE MUSIC?
I choose licensed music that best fits the mood and pacing of your wedding day and film style. While I can’t always use popular copyrighted songs, I’m always happy to take your music vibe into account so the film feels like you.
HOW MANY HOURS OF COVERAGE DO WE NEED?
Most couples choose 6–8 hours of videography coverage to fully tell the story of their day. We’ll talk through your timeline together to decide what makes the most sense for your wedding and priorities.
