So, how does this work?
01.
PREP YOUR FILES
Load all of your RAW into the latest version of LR Classic CC Desktop Version. In the library tab, select all of your RAWs. Desktop Version and then click Library > Previews > Build Smart Previews.
02.
EXPORT THE CATALOG
Select all images and click File > Export as Catalog. Check the previews and smart previews box on the export screen.
03.
LABEL YOUR FILES
Please label your catalog eventdate-yourname before export.
04.
SEND YOUR FILES
Compress and send us the zipfile via https://dostaldigital.wetransfer.com/ (or use the link below) selecting the email option to info@dostaldigital.com.
05.
PROOFING
Within 48 business hours, your dedicated editor will send you samples before they start editing the full catalog. You can easily make notes (and we welcome it). Be as specific as possible, especially in the beginning.
06.
DELIVERY
Depending on the season, our turn-around is 7-15 business days. Once the invoice is paid, we will send you a link to your client page, where all of your catalogs are kept for easy access.
What does photo editing include?
Temperature/tint, exposure, contrast, highlight recovery, shadows, white/black clipping, saturation / hue / luminance and grain / noise reduction, cropping, and straightening.
Do you do a trial run?
Yes! We will edit 15 images for free to see if we are good fit for one another.
How do I send my files?
It's easy! You export your smart previews, previews and LR catalog. Zip it up. Send it via WeTransfer. WeTransfer is free and SO easy. You'll send and receive all images via that platform.
What is your turn around time?
January - May: 5-7 business days
June - December: 10-15 business days
Which version of LR do you need?
We work exclusively with the most current version of Lightroom Classic CC (desktop version).
How does payment work?
Invoices are sent out and can be paid by credit card, Venmo, Paypal or bank transfer.
What if I'm not satisfied with my order?
