Contract Cancellation Form

Cancellation of Wedding Photography and/or Videography Contract

This contract shall acknowledge the Client and Britani Dostal Photography mutual agreement to cancel and terminate the wedding photography and/or videography contract for the wedding date listed below, without further recourse or legal obligation by either party. The original contract is hereby terminated and deemed null and void as of the date below.

The Client further understands that if a non refundable retainer fee was collected at the time of the original signing of the wedding photography and/or videography contract, it will not be refunded persuant to the original signed contract Retainer and Payment section. Unless otherwise discussed between Photographer/Videographer and Client(s).

Retainer and Payment: 

The contract between Britani Dostal Photography and Client, shall not come into effect until it has been signed and the non refundable, non transferable retainer fee has been paid. At the time the contract takes effect and the non refunable, non transferable retainer fee of 25% of the grand total is received. If the Client cancels this contract for any reason, the non-refundable retainer paid shall be retained by Britani Dostal Photography in order to offset it's loss of business. Unless otherwise discussed between Photographer/Videographer and Client(s). If Client has paid more than the non-refundable retainer, the remaining monies shall be returned to the Client within 60 days.
