THE STINNETT FAMILY


There’s something pretty magical about a Lake Michigan sunset—especially when I get to spend it catching up with one of my past wedding couples. ♡


Two years after photographing the Stinnetts’ wedding, I had the absolute pleasure of meeting back up with them in Ludington, Michigan, this time with their beautiful baby girl in front of my camera too.


Their family session was everything I love about photographing families along Lake Michigan: sandy toes, snuggles, movement, little in-between moments, and that dreamy West Michigan light right before the sun disappears over the water.


Getting to photograph a couple’s wedding and then watch their story grow into a family is one of my favorite parts of what I do. These photographs aren't just about what everyone looked like that evening—they're little pieces of this exact season of their life together.
