A Lake Michigan Engagement Session


There’s something about an engagement session along Lake Michigan that never feels exactly the same twice—the movement of the water, changing skies, wind, sand, and that soft lakeshore light all become part of the photographs.


Celsey + Alex’s engagement session was photographed along the Lake Michigan shoreline in West Michigan with a relaxed, documentary approach. Rather than making the entire session feel posed, I focused on movement, connection, and the little in-between moments that make engagement photos feel like the two of you.
